I hope my toes will make it! (my girls are greatly troubled by this picture, but I earned those bloody toes!) We'll see how they look on Sunday!

Real Time Post

Now, I know I'm not the most prompt blogger out there, but this picture is as close to real time as I might ever post! This is a shot from last night...yes, big ol' white flakes in April! Reno weather will definitely keep things interesting!

EGG-tra Special!

There's just something special about Easter...the egg dying, the frilly dresses, the chance of warm weather(about every 5 years!), the cute bunny ears, and the saving grace of our Savior...what's not to love?

We stared out with some serious egg dying at CoCo's, and everyone had their fingers in the dye...

The latest and greatest of the dying techniques was the egg spinner....

And the grand finally of the Easter egg dying is always CoCo's tie-a-dye paper towels! I'm not sure who enjoys it more, but it sure is a fun finish to those pretty cups of color!

Easter Basket Bliss!

The Easter Bunny was so kind to deliver a book that had been cried over the week before!

Hartley-Love has a gift for packing some serious loot! And, yes Hart's it's "mine!"

It was a very impressive (and yummy!) spread! Way to go girls!

But first the shoe hunt...It really began last year with a search for the perfect pair of yellow high heel and ended this year with a pair of pumps that scream spring! They were fun for all!

The adults weren't too sure about the gail force winds that were howling away, but the kids bundled up and headed out with baskets and smiles!

Last year after some mishaps with the mall Easter Bunny, CoCo took maters into her own hands and saved the day with the pink bunny suit! Ellery-Joy has thought of this grand event on many occasions since, and was elated to see that special bunny come hopping down the stairs! Hartley on the other hand, showed the bunny no love!

We also had a few bunny impostors!

Cinco Man Turns 2!

I just can't quite believe that all the "babies" are turning 2! It's just not time yet! But, ready or not here it comes! Court indulged Cinco's love for a ball with an "All Balls Out" party that was nothing short of fabulous! As you can see, Court is quite the party extraordinaire!

Now, Kyle had a vision all his own for Cinco's "All Balls Out" party....

Kyle has so kindly taken it upon himself to insure Cinco hangs on to his "boy-ness" in this vast sea of girls! But from the look of that swing, I think he's doing just fine! (Hartley-Love can definitely attest to his swinging skills too!)

There's just something special about bashing into a giant pinata full of candy!

We all had a glorious time celebrating 2 with the Cinco Man!

The whole afternoon was a giant slice of birthday fun! Thanks Cinco Man!
